Hey Phoenixes!

So FINALLY firelands is done! We have defeated Rag and are proud to do it again because we have two people working on the LEGENDARY EPIC STAFF OF AWESOMENESS!!! *sparkle sparkle* So we will be running more Firelands, however I need to know when everyone will be able to help us out with this. There is a poll somewhere attached to this news letter. YOU HAVE TO VOTE! even if you don't care, vote! KTHANX!

Now there are new heroics! We have three of them that drop *dun dun dun* 738 gear! With this being said we are having a min Ilvl of 374 to get into Dragon Soul raids. Don't complain it is very easy to get, run heroics AND we have the raid finder too! So go get your gear!

Next, for Firelands, we would like to let everyone know that for the first six bosses you may bring an alt if you wish, however, you may only bring an alt if we have the proper roles filled. Meaning if you are a tank and want to dps, You can only go dps if we have an alt tank. Any questions please ask.

New Raid Leading!

Hey Guys and Gals!

We are trying a new style of raid leading! All raids (including the old content raids) will be lead by all officers! Before the raid Officers will be deciding who is taking what shift . The raid will be divided up into two shifts: First shift from 8:30(or first pull) until 10PM EST while the second shift will be from 10:10PM est - Midnight(12am or whenever this raid ends).

The reason behind this is to allow different strategies and ideas to be used without a lot of private discussion amongst the officers. It will also take a lot of stress off of one person. There will be a minimum of two raid leader per shift and it is their job to talk to each other and come up with a generally good idea for the raid.

Now if there aren't enough officers online to support the "Two raid Leaders" rule a core member may be asked to step up to the plate to help assist in the leading. This actually happening is unlikely, however if it does and you are chosen this should be taken as an honor. The officers will decide as a counsel who gets to step up for the night. If you are not chosen don't be discouraged it is nothing personally against you, but perhaps you don't have the qualities we are looking for in a leader.

With the points being said, if you are chosen remember it will only be for the duration of the raid shift. If you are caught abusing this time in anyway you will be prohibited from being a raid guide for the rest of your time in the guild and on top of that other punishments will be established depending on the severity of the offense.

Ok guys, listen we need to use this site more! I wiped the slate clean and need everyone in the guild to reapply, you don't have to be completely serious about the app if you are refilling it out. Just put something in all the spaces. Please using the forums for everything! for strats, Updates, role playing(Pete is moderator), and even bullsh*t stuff! If i see that we are using this more...ill make it look fancier!
